Thomas DiPersio, company president, is a registered land surveyor with over 35 years surveying and engineering experience in Massachusetts. Our staff includes registered professional engineers, field and project engineers, draftsmen, CAD designers, and an office support staff. TLS&EC is a member of the Assabet Valley Chamber of Commerce, and celebrated the grand opening of our new our new offices by hosting an After Five in Spring, 2006. In summer, 2006, all of our field personnel completed OSHA Safety Training Certification course. In fall/winter, 2006, TLS&EC began the construction layout survey work for the new "Highland Commons" Hotel and Retail site on Route 62 in Hudson. In 2006 TLS&EC completed over 250 new projects all over Massachusetts, from Ashby to Yarmouth!
